Hops Processing System Solutions
Listed below are just some of the many options that we offer for Humulus Lupulus processing. Dependent upon design, all of our hand crafted equipment leaves the shop finished in either food grade powder coat or stainless steel, meeting all current FDA proceesing standards for Hops.
Liquid Nitrogen is not needed in our Pellet Mills due to our high tourque, low RPM mill design. What does that mean, you ask? The lower the RPM, the less friction, in return creating less heat. It appears in doing so we unintentionally designed the perfect mill for processing Hops.
Pricing is not listed on this page for a couple of reasons:
Reason One: We do not import, markup and resell equipment. Everything is manufactured in-house and is powered by Sumitomo Motors and Gear Boxes. Simply put we are not handcuffed by a certain design, or build. It’s really the reason we are called Buskirk Engineering and not Buskirk Mills.
Reason Two: We believe conversation/communication is everything. Knowing what YOU the grower needs is the first step. Everything we offer was carefully designed to be retro fit with the possibility of expansion in mind. Like any craftsman, we take great pride in what we do, offering the very best equipment money can buy. So, what are you waiting for #GrowWithUS
